Recognition is an estimate from a photo, not a measurement. When the app isn't sure, it offers several candidates — pick the right one. If the same species keeps failing, send us the photo; it helps improve the reference.
I want to report a post or a user
In the app: the “⋯” button on a post or comment → “Report”. You can block the user there as well. Reports are reviewed manually.
How do I cancel my subscription
Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store or Google Play and are cancelled there too — in your Apple or Google account settings. We have no access to payment details and cannot cancel it for you.
How do I delete my account
In the app: “You” → “Settings” → “Delete account”. Details on a separate page.
